We take pride in informing you, our patient, that your new eyewear prescription has been manufactured from quality ophthalmic materials and is free of defects. If any part of your frames breaks under normal use within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace at the optician's discretion. This warranty also provides one replacement of scratched lenses within 12 months of the date of purchase. All you pay is a co-pay fee of $25. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or abuse of glasses.
